This is totally a “Fashionably Late” post, but like they say, “Better Late Than Never.”
NYC was in a daze, literally, thanks to Monster® and fashion mogul, Angela Simmons. On February 11th, Simmons, and the premium headphone company came together during New York Fashion Week to present, “Electric Daze” the Angela I Am Fashion Meets Music and Art Presentation.
The young entrepreneur, founder of Angela I Am, brought together some of the finest new designers and talent to display their pieces live and up close.

Here’s a quick clip of the show:
Fashionistas, stylists, and celebrities from all industries filled the bright, vivacious, neon-filled, eclectic atmosphere while enjoying sweets courtesy of Sugar Factory, experiencing the “Pure Monster Sound”® of Monster headphones, and a host of other vendors. A few familiar faces in attendance included Hip-Hop icon Russell Simmons (Angela’s Uncle), reality show, Love & Hip-Hop cast members Yandy Smith, Ariane Davis, and Kimbella, Chef Roblé and a host of others.

Attendees were entertained by violinist Damien Escobar, as well as in awe with the fashion designs of Nympha, Christine & Christophe, Keva J Swimwear, Project 104, Less Clothing, Ricki Brazil, and Bass by Ron Bass.
Bass was the highlight of the evening with his live painting exhibition.
This presentation did not only display the fine work of up and coming designers. It also showed the drive of young entrepreneurs and future moguls in the making. In today’s world, it is important for the young generation to have some sort of business of their own. The Angela I Am’s presentation brought out inspiration in various forms to people that are just trying to be great and make a difference. We’re looking forward to seeing what more Ms. Simmons has in store for the world.
STAY GLAMOROUS!!
